This place was just a suitable option for a short stint in Zermatt with good value considering the price. The staff was friendly, but the elevator was out of order on the second day, making it tough to lug my bags up the stairs. If you’re visiting during summer, be ready for no air conditioning or ventilation. it can get stuffy.

We had an amazing stay in a super cozy family room with a stunning balcony view of the Matterhorn, and the extra touch of a warm fondue prepared for us by the chef made our trip even more special. The beautiful garden area and relaxing solarium offered great places to unwind after exploring the surroundings. Just a heads up, communication could be a bit better during checkout, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

Had a fantastic stay! The cozy ski room was perfect for our winter gear. Loved the beautiful views right from our balcony—you could practically reach out and touch the Matterhorn! Plus, the location was super quiet yet just a short stroll to the lively area. The complimentary shuttle service from the train station was a huge bonus too.

Awesome stay with fantastic staff!
Spent 2 nights here and loved it! The staff were super welcoming and super chill, always checking if we were good at dinner. The breakfast spread was awesome, lots of choices. It’s a bit of a walk to the lifts, so be prepared for that. Definitely worth it for the cozy vibe!

Rooms sport a cozy Alpine vibe with charming wooden interiors and spectacular Matterhorn views right from the balcony. The ski room makes stashing equipment easy, while the complimentary shuttle service to the train station adds a nice touch of convenience.
The dining area can get a bit cramped during breakfast, making it a hassle to find a seat, especially when the crowds roll in. Also, there were occasional smoking odors wafting in from nearby balconies—definitely less than ideal when trying to enjoy fresh mountain air. Lastly, the pillows felt a bit low for comfort, which could disrupt restful sleep after a long day outdoors.

Solo traveler Recommend it for unique views
I gotta say, the breakfast spread was the best I've ever had throughout my trip in Switzerland, loaded with greens, fruits, and warm food. The front desk was helpful, replying to my messages quickly and arranging my pickup service without a hitch.
It wasn't expensive, but still a bit on the higher side.

Magical Moments with Matterhorn
Waking up to breathtaking views of the Matterhorn from our spacious balcony was surreal. The staff always greeted us warmly, making our stay feel like home.
However, we experienced some wait for breakfast tables during peak hours, which made us feel rushed. It would help if they expanded the dining area.

Matterhorn view rooms, cozy ski storage, charming alpine decor
The absence of coffee facilities in the room is perplexing!!! A small upgrade of furniture would help elevate the overall experience. Don't even get me started on the inadequate ventilation in the bathrooms!!!
